Yep, when they are in combat gear, you’d never really know what kind of powers people harbor. I didn’t cover this, but someone with Godiva’s abilities could wreck some serious havoc. All it’d take would be one look at a Head of State and boom! She can control them.
Between the lighting on his skin, the look in his eyes, and the blood on his shirt, the guy all the way to the left in panel 3 looks like he just stepped off the set of a zombie movie.
