Vanguard issue two cover

As promised, here is the cover for VANGUARD issue two. Why am I going back and making covers, you ask? Well, I’m in the process of uploading the back catalogue to Comixology… in fact, issue one just got approved!

Now, how did I achieve those sweet explosion effects? Bob Forward, creator of the awesome webcomic, 3 Minute Max, has made a huge library of pryo-technic explosions, smoke, burning fragments, sparks… you want explosions? They’re in there. Check out Bob’s Bundle below…

I personally think this is an excellent resource if you want high-quality destruction in your work… which is often in VANGUARD 😉
