No oil… that’s not a good thing.
Obviously, the events we witnessed at the start of the chapter now pay off. The coordinated attack on oil processing faculties around the World will have dire global ramifications, hence the chapter title for this part of the tale.

Very serious ones in the future where more are using oil as less and less are being found except and great depths and of much lesser quality. The Era of “Sweet Crud” is over.
