If you’ve enjoyed the comic so far, I post upcoming designs and sketches over on my Patreon page. Soon I’ll be uploading the previous issues in PDF format onto there. So why not help the creation of VANGUARD and throw a few quid/bucks into the pot? It all helps keep this comic going.

Before you feel sorry for what’s about to happen to Giant-Tess (when Luke gets involved and starts putting body-sized holes through her or gets the energy projection going), remember that all the Bulldogs kill people for money and/or fame on a regular basis.
I don’t think Luke’s going to get involved. Her only power seems to be that she’s big (with appropriately enhanced strength/durability), which is no match for A/S-tier metas like Malachi and the Wytch. She *would* be a good target to test out the new plasma beams on though.
“Her only power seems to be that she’s big (with appropriately enhanced strength/durability)”
Oh, that’s “all”? She’s only in the same strength range as a pre-virus alpha-one, with durability not too far behind? Yeah, that’s no big deal…
I don’t expect her to be anywhere near an Alpha-ONE. She’s likely about at strong as she looks, and she’s durable enough to survive her own size, but Alphas could freaking push battleships while half dead from a virus. The only time an Alpha struggled was against another Alpha, or Max straining against Ophelia’s telekinesis. Max got burned by Luke’s plasma, but keep in mind that power was described as being able to burn through 3 foot steel plates with ease.
At her size, a battleship would be a large barge in comparison – her difficulty with towing one would be where to stand (since she can’t fly).
It would be hard work, but doable – that comparison is specifically what I had in mind when I compared her to Alpha-one strength.
I don’t really think grabbing Malachi is a good idea. He’s nearly unkillable and very sharp.
