Technically the plane should fly fine, albeit slower and lower with greater fuel consumption on one engine. Ideally you want to set down before the good engine has an issue. If it were a choice between landing in a war zone, id want to see if there was another strip available. That kind of jet doesn’t need as much runway as a commercial aircraft. Also hpwi is completely fictional, though pwi is in Ethiopia. Myanmar airports would be VYxx.
